Four Letter 'S' Word
Yes. It happened. That dreaded 'S' word.
The first snowfall of the season....and what a snowfall! I was worried it wasn't going to stop!
But alas, the sun is shining today and there is no trace of it in sight. Surprisingly it didn't bother me as much as it usually does. Maybe it is because I knew that warm weather was coming and that it wouldn't stay, or maybe it was because I was curled up in my favorite blanket sipping coffee watching a Harry Potter marathon with my kids. Either way it was surprisingly tolerable.
But it did get me thinking.
The holidays will soon be sneaking up on us, as they always tend to do and we will be in a rush to get everything done on time.
I know, I know it's hard to think about that when the sun is shining and it still t-shirt weather, and I'm sure I'm going to hear your groans from here but what the heck.....here goes!
