What an awesome fall we've had!

It's November! Kinda snuck up on us didn't it?
You know what that means? Winter. Although it is not one of my favorite seasons of the year, there are some good things about Winter. Hot chocolate by a warm fire, reading your favorite book all snuggled in a blanket or when the light hits the snow just right and it looks like a million little diamonds...
Also, for some, Winter means Holiday Seasons and getting together with family and friends. Although spending time with family and friends can happen any time of year, it always seems extra special at Holiday time. Now sometimes it is not always possible to spend that time together when family and friends live far away as much as you would love to do it.
Many people end up sending cards to their loved ones with a letter updating them on what their family has been doing in the year along with a family photo and photos of the kids. If you are like me, this seems like a great idea, but always one that tends to be put off until last minute when you are rushing to the store, which is ridiculously packed full of people playing bumper carts, choosing a run of the mill generic Holiday or Greeting card and standing in line for what feels like an hour before you head out in the cold again for home.
